Dissolving Method

  1. Cold water: During stirring add the flakes into 30 ºC water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3-5minutes, make it disperse, then let it stand for 1~2hours, after that stir it slowly into paste, reserve for use.
  2. Hot water: Add the flakes into room temperature water gradually in the proportion of 5~10%, stir for 3~5minutes, keep stirring and gradually heat to 50~60ºC. Continue stirring for 30~60 minutes until it becomes smooth paste, and then reserve for use after cooling.

Property

  1. Give the fabric a comprehensive feeling of very soft, fluffy, and fine.
  2. The combination with silicone oil can produce a delicate hand feeling of soft, slippery and elastic.

Application

  1. Suitable for soft finishing of cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and their blended yarns and fabrics, especially on cotton, T/C.

Usage

1. Padding method:
        Dosage: 20~30g/L (10% solution)             Temp.: 30ºC~40ºC
        Technology: one dip, one pad or two dips, two pads
2. Dipping method:
        Dosage: 3~8% (o.w.f) (10% solution)       Temp.: 40ºC-50ºC
        Liquor ratio: 1:10~15                                       Time: 30mins
